　　Anna Mozes is a Senior Partner at Pearl Cohen with over 24 years of experience in all aspects of cross-border corporate transactions and commercial law with an emphasis on technology and the hi-tech ecosystem. Additionally, Anna is Chair of the Pearl Cohen’s Russian and CIS, Australia and Malta Groups, an active notary and fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.
