Jonathan Raz

　　Jonathan's practice focuses on commercial and corporate law. He represents various business, from early-stage startups to mature companies, investment funds and angel investors.

　　他所做的业务包括投资交易、并购、战略交易、合资企业、商业和许可交易以及管理事宜。

　　Jonathan拥有丰富的技术知识和软件开发的实战经验。他拥有特拉维夫大学的法学学士学位(以优异成绩毕业)和理学学士学位(计算机科学，以优异成绩毕业)，并自2007年起成为以色列律师行业的一员。

　　His practice includes investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, joint ventures, commercial and licensing transaction and governance matters.

　　Jonathan has vast technological knowledge and hands-on software-development experience. He holds an LLB (magna cum laude) and BSc (computer science, magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University and he is a member of the Israeli Bar since 2007.

　　Jonathan同时也是公共知识研讨会(一个非盈利组织)的审计委员会成员。

　　Jonathan also serves as a member of the Audit Committee of the Public Knowledge Workshop (a non-profit organization).
