赛事背景

Competition Background

世界互联网大会是目前中国规模最大、层次最高的互联网大会，也是世界互联网领域的最高级别高峰会议。大会旨在搭建中国与世界互联互通的国际平台和国际互联网共享共治的中国平台，让各国在交流中求共识、在共识中谋合作、在合作中创共赢。

The world Internet conference (WIC) is the largest and highest-level Internet conference in China and the summit of highest level in the Internet field. The purpose of the conference is to build an international platform for connectivity between China and the world, a platform for sharing and governing the international trends in Internet, so that countries can seek consensus through exchanges, seek cooperation, and achieve win-win results.

自2014年至今，大会已连续在中国浙江乌镇成功举办五届，并将永久在乌镇每年举办一届。每届大会均有1500余名来自国际组织、企业、研究机构及民间社群等领域的重要嘉宾出席。历届世界互联网大会汇聚了阿里巴巴董事会主席马云、腾讯董事会主席兼首席执行官马化腾、百度董事长兼首席执行官李彦宏、网易首席执行官丁磊、苹果首席执行官库克、高通首席执行官史蒂夫·莫伦科夫等业界大咖，共同探讨世界互联网发展方向。

Since 2014, the conference has been successfully held in wuzhen, zhejiang province, China for five consecutive years, and will be permanently held here. "Straight to Wuzhen" global Internet competition is an international event focusing on digital economy throughout the year. By exploring new technologies, models and forms of business for the development of the Internet, we will build an important platform for cooperation on Internet projects, technologies, talents and capital at home and abroad. The competition is committed to promoting global Internet cooperation and innovation, stimulating the vitality of Internet entrepreneurship, gathering young Internet talents, promoting the precise connection of the Internet industry with international standards, and contributing to the common prosperity and the vigorous development of digital economy.

大赛以“国内选拔赛、海外选拔赛、线上赛”三种形式在全球范围内选拔优质项目，于每年的世界互联网大会期间举办总决赛，并通过组织专题对接会、资本相亲会、人才交流会等活动，促进全球互联网各要素精准对接，为大会注入产业创新动能。

Three methods for selection of high quality projects, on a global scale "domestic auditions, overseas auditions and online auditions" and the finals held during the annual WIC, it promotes the precise connection of various elements of the global Internet and injects industrial innovation momentum into the conference by organizing thematic matchmaking meetings, capital matchmaking meetings, talent exchange meetings and other activities.

大赛赛制

Competition System

大赛通过“国内选拔赛、海外选拔赛、线上赛”三种形式，分“选拔赛、半决赛、总决赛”三个阶段开展，其中，国内选拔赛、海外选拔赛将在项目路演后举行小范围精准对接。

The competition will be held in three stages: auditions ("Domestic auditions, Overseas auditions and Online auditions"), Semi-final and Finals". A small range of precise docking will be held after the project road show during the domestic auditions and overseas auditions.

参赛对象及要求

Contestants and Requirements

针对大赛海外选拔赛德国站，通过前期筛选，遴选出10-15个项目参加现场路演，最终决出3个优秀项目进入“直通乌镇”全球互联网大赛半决赛。对应活动权益如下：

项目领域 Project fields

包括但不限于大数据、云计算、物联网、移动互联网、人工智能、5G、智能制造、生物医药、芯片、互联网+等；

Project fields: including but not limited to big data, cloud computing, Internet of things, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence, 5G, intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, chip, Internet +, etc.

项目要求 Project requirements

拥有自主知识产权和完整商业模式，团队中须有至少一人获得海外的博士学位或在海外大型互联网公司任职经历；不涉及国家机密。

With independent intellectual property rights and complete business model, at least one person in the team must have obtained overseas doctoral degree or work experience in large overseas Internet companies; No secrets of state involved.

申报材料 Application materials

需制作商业计划书：参赛个人或团队应制作将产品或服务推向市场的完整、具体、有实施可能的商业计划书，其中应包括项目的创业团队、核心技术、商业模式、市场前景、资金需求等。

Business plan: the participant or team should make a complete, specific and feasible business plan to bring the product or service to the market, which should include the entrepreneurial team, core technology, business model, market prospect, capital demand, etc.

落地意向 Project landing

有落地浙江意向的优先

Have the intention of landing in Zhejiang Province, China is preferred.

项目团队（限3人及以下）参加世界互联网大会产业合作相关活动，并参加浙江数字经济产业合作大会；

德国站进入半决赛的3个项目将和其他各站31个项目共同角逐10个总决赛名额。入围总决赛的项目团队享受如下权益：

对总决赛获奖项目在嘉兴地区落户的项目

The projects that won the finals and landed in Jiaxing city

由嘉兴市和所在县市区给予100-500万元不等的项目资金补助以及对应的人才政策奖励，一、二、三等奖项目分别给予500万元、300万元和200万元的创业资助等相关扶持政策。

Jiaxing city and the county and urban area where winners landed will provide project fund subsidies ranging from RMB 1 million yuan to 5 million yuan and corresponding talent policy awards. The first, second and third prize projects will be provided with start-up support policies of RMB 5 million yuan, 3 million yuan and 2 million yuan respectively.
