“直通乌镇”全球互联网大赛简介 “Straight to Wuzhen”

“直通乌镇”全球互联网大赛作为世界互联网大会重要板块之一，是一个聚焦数字经济，贯穿全年的国际性赛事。通过探索互联网发展的新技术、新模式、新业态，搭建国内外互联网项目、技术、人才和资本合作的一个重要平台。大赛致力于推动全球互联网合作创新，激发互联网创业活力，集聚互联网青年人才，在全球范围内高质量推动互联网产业精准对接，为全球互联网共治共荣和数字经济蓬勃发展贡献大会力量。

Global Internet Competition of “Straight to Wuzhen”, an important part of the World Internet Conference, is a year-long global event for the advance of the digital economy. By exploring new technologies, models and business forms of the Internet, the Competition is a key platform for cooperation on Internet projects, technologies, talents and investment between Chinese and global companies. The Competition is committed to promoting global Internet cooperation and innovation, unleashing entrepreneurship of Internet start-ups, and attracting more Internet talents. Through precise matchmaking of global resources in the Internet industry, the Competition has made its contribution to the common prosperity and co-governance of the Internet and the rapid development of the digital economy.

2021年，大赛设置集成电路、人工智能、5G应用、工业互联网、消费互联网5大专题赛，每个专题赛均按照网络初赛、复赛、决赛三个阶段进行。其中网络初赛以线上报名的方式面向全球征集优质项目；专题赛复赛将结合京津冀协同发展、长三角一体化、粤港澳大湾区等国家战略选择重点城市举办；专题赛决赛和颁奖典礼将于世界互联网大会期间举办，决赛完成后，5大专题赛获奖项目统一参加颁奖典礼。

The Competition this year consists of five parallel contests that collect entries belonging to each of the five industries, i.e, Integrated Circuit, AI, 5G Applications, Industrial Internet and Consumer Internet Services, and each contest will cover three stages of qualifier (online), semifinal and final. Startup programs from all over the world can register on its website to join the qualifier first, the semifinals will be held in cities of strategic importance over areas like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta or the Guangdong-Hong-Kong-Macau Bay Area, and the finals will be staged during this World Internet Conference together with an award presentation that will have the prize winners of all five contests.11111111111111111111

　　主办单位：国家互联网信息办公室、浙江省人民政府

　　承办单位：浙江省经济和信息化厅、浙江省委网信办、浙江省科学技术厅、嘉兴市人民政府

　　执行单位：“乌镇峰会”互联网产业合作联盟、浙江省数字经济发展中心、嘉兴市经济和信息化局、桐乡市人民政府

　　协办单位：浙江大学、中国电子科技集团、科技部火炬中心、工信部信息中心、IDG（美国国际数据集团）、阿里巴巴、之江实验室

　　参赛要求

　　1、项目应符合数字经济相关领域，包括但不限于大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能、智能制造、互联网+等相关主题；

　　2、项目所在企业需为已注册公司，且注册资金在100万元以上；

　　3、项目创始团队至少须有一人拥有博士学位或在大型互联网企业高管任职经历；

　　4、项目已经完成天使轮投资及以上；

　　5、同一企业申报项目不超过1个；

　　6、参赛企业对项目有自主知识产权，且无知识产权纠纷；

　　7、参赛企业信誉良好，无不良记录。

　　参赛权益

　　获奖企业和参赛企业相应的权益如下：

　　（一）入围总决赛（10个）

　　1、项目团队负责人参加世界互联网大会开幕式及领先成果发布；

　　2、项目负责人有机会参加乌镇咖荟等交流活动；

　　3、项目负责人参加浙江数字经济产业合作大会；

　　4、“互联网之光博览会”提供优惠展位一个；

　　5、项目负责人参加互联网大会期间的“资本相亲会”；

　　6、项目在互联网大会期间的“项目推介”栏目中进行推介；

　　7、项目负责人在互联网大会期间重点推荐媒体专访；

　　8、项目团队获得世界互联网大会期间的免费住房（限2间房）。

　　（二）入围半决赛项目（34个）

　　1、项目团队（限3人及以下）参加世界互联网大会产业合作相关活动，并参加浙江数字经济产业合作大会；

　　2、项目负责人有机会参加乌镇咖荟等交流活动；

　　3、项目负责人参加互联网大会期间的“资本相亲会”；

　　4、项目在互联网大会期间的“项目推介”栏目中进行推介；

　　5、项目团队获得世界互联网大会期间的免费住房（限2间房）。

   参赛须知

　　1、凡报名参赛者，即视为已充分了解大赛规则各条款，且愿意完全遵守各项规定；

　　2、“直通乌镇”全球互联网大赛组委会拥有本次大赛最终解释权。
